Most of the houses in San Juan de Nicaragua are made of wood, they have a Caribbean type influence.
There is no building of particular patrimonial value, in the rural area most of the houses conserve their ecological and vernacular structure (houses with wooden and palm roofs), being one of the tourist attractions of the town. In the city most of the houses are made of concrete, wood and tile and zinc roofs.
Churches. The Catholic church is located in the center of the city, where its patron saint Saint John the Baptist is located. It also has three evangelical churches.
Municipal park. It has recreation and leisure spaces, ideal for family enjoyment. Located in the urban area.
Sports Center. Where basketball, volleyball and futsal are practiced, where you can be a spectator or participate in one of these games. It is located in front of the Judicial Complex.
Multipurpose Stadium. A field destined to carry out different sports activities, where bleachers have not yet been built. Here you can be part of the different games that take place, whether they are baseball or soccer. It is located near the Municipal Cemetery.
